      Samprada’s techniques helped me get out of one of the worst and forgettable phases i have had in my life towards the end of the year 2018. I bought her book immediately when she published it on amazon in the month of June last year (2019). I was having issues again last year and her active advises along with her book helped me a lot to get out of it again. She corelates how all these concepts can be understood and explained with the help of colors and sounds, that too in a very scientific manner.
      Her book is one of a kind i have come across so far in my reading list and i’m an avid reader. I have no hesitation in recommending one of the best books i’ve read on these lines so far. Her book deserves my highest recommendation.
